Some really great info coming to light here about the various file hosts available. As regards phuknuts problems with HJ Split, I agree with Tommy you probably got a bad download of HJ Split and that's why you have problems with it. I'd be inclined to remove it from your system and re-download it, see if that works. There are also a couple of different versions of HJ Split now: HJ-join, HJsplitpro and the original HJ Split. I use the original and it works fine.

Splitting files with WinRaR I find much slower than HJ Split and also having to input Byte sizes into WinRaR rather than Megabyte sizes I find very cumbersome.

 

Please correct me if I'm mistaken:

If I were to upload a movie onto any other host other than YSI in WinRaR segmented parts and in my post stated that only contributers would be PM'd the password for the RaR files. Would that be acceptable on this forum. I'm under the understanding that it wouldn't be.

The reason I want clarification is; I have some movies over 1GB e.g Tight & Asian #5 which I am not prepared to upload onto YSI for it to be dead after only 20 downloads. Also I don't think leechers and none contributers should get free access to such high quality movies.

I read everyones replies and you know what beats ysi, rs, mu, qf, ect. Learning to crack passes and getting the vids yourself and stop depending on others. It isn't that hard a I helped a quite a few of the members here get vids to post by getting them passes.

 

Well nobody ever did get back to me about my problem mentioned above but I did get one phone call from my son (who is a major video contributor to this forum) very concerned about downloading the above mentioned file. Now I'm going to tell you what I told him. Don't be concerned....YSI did not corrupt my files, I have proven that by downloading each and every RAR file, scanning them, then opening them and mixing them back in one by one into the original files contained on my computer. Not a single file was corrupted and every single test passed with flying colours. The problem is now narrowed down to either the connection between YSI and my friend who experienced the problem and a virus or corruption occured during HIS download, or there is something in his machines that doesn't agree with my RAR files.
