  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Yes I misunderstood the problem.
    An Admin will have to alter a permission setting, hopefully for a usergroup instead of by individual member.

    I was familiar with this software from Kitty Kats and the most annoying thing over there is where ever you move your cursor it brings up preview pics and that's just about anywhere on the page. It makes it difficult when you're just trying to read the forum page. I hope that part doesn't translate over here.

    I haven't browsed around enough here to notice anything else but so far I like what I see.

    Not a bug, just a request: an option to have black background with white text would be awesome. Everyone is doing this now (twitter, reddit etc). Also, thumbnails look better against black apparently

    One of the things on the agenda is finding a way to import a batch of them rather than doing them one at a time.
    The old version had way too many as it was and most of them were stuck in the 90's... but we certainly need to add some here.

    Regarding Avatars, I can get to the edit avatar popup, browse for an image (50k or smaller) to upload, and am told the image uploaded successfully. However, what displays is a broken image (and right-clicking it and choosing open image in new tab takes me to a 404). Example: http://forum.phun.org/data/avatars/l/432/432490.jpg?1485499344

    Otherwise, liking the new forum quite a bit. Thanks to all involved for the fairly monumental task!

    For u guys having trouble with the Avatar... I had the same problem, so I dumped cookies, image cache, and temp files and came back and did it again. Seems to be working fine for now. Maybe it will work for y'all too. o_O

    Having problems centering my signature. When I used the center and /center in BB code format around the sig and title:
    It worked on the preview, but not on the forum after I saved it.

    Any ideas?

    I've done a bit of tweaking regarding Avatars and Signatures which should overcome the permission issues, but there are still some minor technical issues regarding broken images, etc., with Avatars - still being worked on.

    I might have solved your Sig alignment problem too, Smoopy, set it up again?

    Clearing caches and browsing history can also sometimes help, as Sonicboom says?

    Avatar setting doesn't work. I upload a new image but the forum reloads always the old pic. Can't center it neither.
