I think the more important question is: Who the fuck is she and why does someone thinks she's a celebrity?

And I would bet that 99.9% of her followers are girls under the age of 13. The other .1% are probably too young to hang out here, but still do.

Well, her biggest known role is Sam Puckett on iCarly. She started that show in 2007. Taking that into consideration, anyone who watched that show at 12 years of age or older would be at least 18 or damn close to it. As far as all her fans being female? Come on. Look at the website youre on. You have doubts that any female celebs have male fans? She has legs, boobs and an ass. There arent many more qualities necessary to garner male attention.
