i worked for diebels brewery for about 2 or 3 years...hard work, good payment and some bottles of free beer for every working hour.

August Busch the IV actually made some scratch for the shareholders with this deal. He held off, and garnered another 5-7 bucks per share on this deal, above, and beyond InBev's initial offering. I guess I shouldn't bitch...it's the free market economy, but fuck me....it's Budweiser for Christ's sake.

Well, from the sports talk radio around here, Bud will probably go through with some major changes, in the sports ad world. They are going from an ownership group that owned it's own jets, to CEOs that fly coach.

All indications are that if you used to pay $25 million just for air time during the superbowl, that may not happen any more. Let's not forget about the amount of donations used to keep the Busch Gardens wildlife/amusement parks open as well. Jack Hannah may have to do more Mountain Dew commercials now to keep the parks open.

So it is not just about the beer, but perhaps - No more Busch stadium? No more Busch Gardens? No more Bud Light Lizzards/Football playing Clydesdales?
