most mass produced beers will put either coriander or lemon in their wheat beers, so I say avoid them.

You may be able to pick up a Boulevard Wheat from Kansas City where you are. That is the style I use to create my home batch. It is unfiltered, so the beer stays a little cloudy and full of flavor. Smells like you are making home-made bread when it is being brewed.

Stores around here are open at least from 12:00-6:00 on Sundays, as long as they are not owned by certain Jewish or Christian companies. Major chain stores are open for normal business hours.

 

Can't imagine lemon in a beer - that just don't sound right. Although I do like a lime when i'm drinking Corona, so maybe.

This is a small town - i'm sure I could find some in Birmingham but there's just not a big demand for it around here.

They are open on Saturday...but on Sunday they are closed...except the 2 Sundays before Christmas and New Year...

Like lb said, just depends on the owners. Your small privately owned businesses no, corporate business (like malls) yes after normal church hours here in the south.
