Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     so, dont watch them on tv! just slap the dvd in the laptop and watch!

    I take it your friend "converted" them for tv... that takes a bit of know how on keeping the quality good, and if they used something retarded like mediaplayer or moviemaker to do it, no wonder you didnt like it.

    Instead of choosing multimedia disc just choose data disc. It will burn the files exactly they way they are on your comp. But theyre only playable from your comp, just like a hdd. I dont have 1 single "multimedia" disc out of about 1500 cd, dvd, 2xdvds. Theyre all data., and I was a ripper for SMR for a couple years. No drm on data discs unless it's embedded in the files themselves, then you have to rip that crap out anyhow, and it usually aint worth it. If you dont have it, get a copy of nero 5 or 6 they work fine and dont have the spyware/drm that later versions do ;)
