There's a shitload of titty bars - er, gentlemens clubs[I/] - in this town, and nearly all of them have featured acts from the porn industry. Vegas is also a huge celebrity playground and the line between Hollywood and the porn industry is thoroughly blurred where being popular is concerned. The so-called respectable actors are always seen cavorting with the skin biz crowd. Porn in the US, revenue-wise, is nearly as big as pet food, kinda hard not to recognise that if not respect that.

As far as 'never the ones you want to pop up' goes, I don't know about that. Alot of porn stars call Las Vegas home - or second home in some cases - you'd be surprised who's in town at any given time.
