Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I just got back from eating at a resturant that my brother chose for his wedding reception. 10 course dinner with desert... Gawd my stomach is so full. :-?

    some dishes were good. some tasted to bland.

    Of the ten course dish i liked the walnut shrimp, lobster and crab combo, peking duck on a white bun, linkcod simmered in light soy, and the fried rice. The items i didn't like was the abalone with black mushroom soup, mongolian beef, stir fried sea scallops with squid, cold cuts, and the puff pastry dessert.

    Dinner was $380 for 10 people. It is chinese. I thought the walnut shrimp or peking duck would have given it away. :lol:

    By the time you add cake, champagne, cognac, tip, etc. you are looking at about $750 per table for the wedding. The only good thing with asian weddings is they give gifts of cash. So it all washes out in the long run.
