    To be fair to you, I was a little peeved at the comment you made about the old days when there were real Kingdoms.
    I thought you were just another of those 'stereotypical knows fuck all about anything outside of the US' American.

    I read it as you thought Kingdoms were all myth and fantasy and being told your country is nothing more than a fable pissed me off more than a bit.

    I distinctly remember reading about the true adventures of King Arthur, Merlin, the sword in the stone, and Camelot in my British History class!
    LMAO :p

    All bullshit aside...your country, it's history, and it's castles are amazing! We've got nothing that compares over here. Some of my relatives have been from one end of the U.K. to the other visiting the castles, and the ruins, but I unfortunately haven't had the opportunity yet. :( One of these days.

    I was taken around many, many castles and historic places when I was a kid by my dad.
    Now, I'm in the process of doing the same for my 5 year old lad.

    He loves it, and insists on wearing his plastic suit of armour, shield and broadsword when we go.

    We generally do the vacation thing in Florida, but I may have to blow that off and head across the "big pond" for the next one. ;)
