    There's more to communicating than that. You really don't have a grasp on human nature at all do you?
    I don't have a problem with it. But then I'm more experienced, wiser and intuitive than you are. I've noticed that the same holds true for the other members over 40 as well. Don't worry, you'll catch on eventually. ;)

    if you make a statement and the audience (in this case it is me) does not understand what it is you are trying to convey then it is you who has a communication problem. If you know that your "audience" does not fully "grasp" what it is you are saying then you must adjust your message so they can understand you. That is all part of effective communicating.

    You talk to your 2 year old daughter differently than a 12 year old, and if you differentiate between those who are over vs those who are under 40 then you cannot assume we will all understand your "over 40" talk when most of us here are under 40. ;)
