Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I was gonna do all the pieces but that would take ages, at least for me it would. May try it when I have some extra time on my hands, but I know the gif would take forever to load.

    That thing is freakin neat. Maybe you try it with just 3 or 4 pieces moving instead of all of them. It may work just as well.

    Indeed, I may give it a go sometime in the near future. I don't see how toolz and the others do it. Started with these two pics of Kristen and Hayden

    Erased, resized and put them together like so

    Then added the layers and name, cut and erase some more, saving each as I go along, then put it together in my animation shop. Turned out good I think, glad you all liked it :D

    That's a really good job. Tedious, but really cool if it works out. Too bad the GIFs hog so much bandwidth. Do you have a program that makes the GIF a smaller file-size?
