    I remember when I was kid my parents would take me to the beach. And I'd spend the days happily building sand castles, big beautiful sand castles.

    But then came the waves and just washed them away and what can I say, it wasn't the same afterwards...

    I had this long-running dispute with the Pacific Ocean once.

    See, one night on the west coast of the US, south of Portland, I dared the ocean to a game, and I won. She was not happy about that, crashing and thundering in response.

    Ever since, whenever I got anywhere near the Pacific, it was like she knew I was there, and would respond in kind.

    And don't get me started on the Tasman Sea, the bastard child of the Indian and the Pacific Oceans.
