  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Rather warm here tonight....67F.....passed several nights it would have been in the mid to lower 50's by now....have the window fan going on high at present. :?

    Just finished a breakfast muffin....300 calories....:?

    I may have said this before, but my Dr. cut my thyroid supplement in half about 7 months ago and I had gained 20 pound eating my normal diet.....so about two weeks ago, I went back to a minimum diet.....so far, I have lost enough weight to take my belt up one notch....but it is no fun. :?

    Indeed....I have two more to go to get back to where I was before the thyroid med reduction.....with the 1200 calorie a day diet along with the added yard work, should be there rather soon.

    yes, as it is 66 outside now and predicted to drop to 60 tonight.....given that, it is more effective to use the window fan than the AC.....and less $...

    I have my door open, so the fan is also sucking warm air out of the entire house......which slows the cool down of my room...Once I go to bed and shut the door, my room will rapidly reach the outside temp.
