    On a message board I ran years back a poster there told us he had leukemia and didn't have long left. His name was Scott and he died when he was 16 years old. We knew he had died as he suddenly stopped visiting the board but after a couple of months his sister went onto his computer and visited all the places in his bookmarks to explain that Scott had died and a told us a little bit about him from her point of view. We thanked her and she thanked us for talking to him as he had lost touch with a lot of people due to his illness and that the message board people had talked to him normally and not like someone who was about to die.

    I would hope that maybe we could be as lucky if one of K's relatives might do the same. Either way, I hope things are as painless as possible for those he leaves behind.
