    I've only seen two high-bitrate files that keep the details.

    The first is Emma_Watson_-_Glamour_UK_-_October_2012_-_Behind_The_Scenes.mp4 (15.8 MB).

    The second is EW_GLAMOUR Cover Shoot.mp4 (16.3 MB); which keeps more details and has the deleted scene.

    The 28 frames were probably deleted since (1) the hand with the black glove pulling her shawl is visible and (2) her see-through camisole revealed more 'details'.

    Search for the second file.
