    Hmmm... That doesn't sound like the bacon I'm used to. It's very thin & sometimes crispy. I know the kind you mean though (I think) my friend's Hungarian family buys this crazy thick & hard cured pork that you can barely chew & calls it bacon.

    No, this was just plain rashes of bacon that I bought. Then I just fired it in a pan for a few minutes.

    Rolling your eyes twice doesnt give it more weight Jack. The problem is that American bacon is different from bacon elsewhere in the world. Ours is cut from the stomach lining of pigs. Its thin and super fatty. Its also fucking yummy! One of the best foods on the planet.
