Okay. Sweet dreams yay, a pleasure as always.

I just did some searching, and it seems that whole grain is more filling than other grains.

Most articles being about weight loss, since it actually helps people who like to loose weight as a small portion fills you up, they eat less, plus cuts carbs.

I notice this eating whole grain toast as well, but I just figure the bread was just a little ticker and bigger than the white bread.

Considering that the wheat pasta was just about the same price, and wheat being healthier I think I'll drop the regular pasta, and just buy whole grain pasta from now on.

With bread I don't feel much difference, but the pasta really do a job on me. I can eat a nice bawl full of pasta, but just a little portion of whole grain fill me up really good.

Is not just the feeling of being full though, is almost like I have contractions on my stomach. I read from the weight loss site that whole grain moves the fat around, that would explain the feeling. Is not painful or anything, it feels like I just did a bunch of situps.

 

Talking about food makes me hungry, no matter how full I am.

Friend : now I'm stuck here between a wall and a fat guy....and that thin girl there has so much extra space.........I need that space!!

Friend : Most got around the same.
