    For me, it depends on the circumstance. If she is feeling forced or without much choice and the tears are because of that, then i wholeheartedly agree. However, in this case, it looks like the tear was a result of her deep throating. Didnt notice anyone pushing the back of her head, so it was her choice. Some girls really get off on that shit.
