I fully agree, reposting elsewhere in the forum constitutes spamming and it should not be abused here either, as it dilutes content, renders searching more difficult and gives the thread a bad reputation.

Though this is in theory absolutely true, I disagree because collection of thanks is in practice a motivation for many posters, without which we would be missing a lot of stuff. It is part of the culture here and also gives the poster a feedback as to what is liked.

This is of course a gross exaggeration. This continues to be a popular and valuable section for collecting the juicy celeb photos most sought. Photos of fully dressed celebs are nothing like as rare or exciting. What was probably meant is that, without reposting and stealing from main section, the thread would have much higher value and respect.

Yes, this is indeed very bad practice. Well pointed out, as it contributes to the devaluation of this section?s quality. But the original poster should be allowed to repost here if his original post was buried in a long main section thread. As a very minimum, he should be credited by the reposter.

As Kieran is a major contributor here, his views merit additional respect. But if reposting becomes the norm for the sake of lazy searchers, this whole thread would quickly degenerate to nothing but reposts. However, I grant that searching here is particularly difficult due to thread size, made worse by reposts. On the other hand, including old images together with additional closely related material seems to me not only in order, but probably also desirable.

I have enlarged Christina's pics and see no sign of pasties but I do clearly see nipples.

i would disagree with both of those opinions, you could find the beach shots on wireimage i reckon and the mtv screenshots were from a very rare uncensored video clip.

I agree. Must have reliable evidence before I believe they are her, especially the last 2. No way. With the first 2, like you said, especially with the crappy quality, they gotta be Photoshopped. Look at the pixelation pattern. Then, a nipple is there with no pixeling around it. Don't think so.

those pics were the result of trying to remove the pixelation that was put over her nips when she got busted in the trl photo booth a few years back.

 

The MTV video booth kissing scene actually occurred but was censored out for re-transmission, although I've seen some people claim in the past that when it first happened it did not get censored and Jewel had no idea the tape was running when she lifted her top. The VHS vidcaps were of the censored version (pixellation) and graphic artists have attempted to restore the nipple in recent years. Let's face it, it helps the imagination.

Those beach shots appeared on an amateur site a long, long time ago (Voyeur******)and they re-appeared later as "supposed" shots of Jewel. It has been refuted over and over again but the similarity between the two continues to confuse people. That's my historical recollection of events. :2cent:
