Seriously, what is the debate? It is clearly real. Def an outtake from this photoshoot. She is almost naked anyway and she is smoking a blunt to her face. You ever smoke a blunt to your face? I don't think she'd care much about showing her tits afterwards. Shes holding open the same coat from the other pics, her hair is the same, necklace the same,same jeans, shes making a face to go along with her flashing the camera.

Stop trying to fight the belief that your seeing a hot chick naked for fuck's sake. Embrace it. That is Miley Cyrus showing her boobs. Enjoy it.

Wow, normally I'm skeptical by this kind of stuff but I have a good feeling about this one. Like she finally decided: "You know what, I'm young, I'm crazy, I'm high as fuck and here are my fucking boobs you fuckers"

Anybody else besides Rihanna I would think it's fake, but it's Miley and she is really unpredictable these days. Plus she's clearly dressed the same as the other picture with her back facing us. So the pose and everything is clearly her 100%, too much details match with the other pics, it's just the boobs part that makes it too good to be true... but she was topless for most of the shoot if we go by the other pics we have seen so far. Believe!

 

Now i'm almost 100% sure that it's real.

That is some DAMN GOOD photoshopping!

Honestly the pixelation looks similar to what you get when take a screencap of a video from most midrange cell phones. Caps from videos from my galaxy ace 2 shot in 720p come out looking just about like that, seems like they didnt get the full size one wherever they got it and then enlarged it.

My verdict is it's real. Ive been doing photoshop longer than I've been a member here and she does have a tanline around her tits, the light glare and her light skin tone explains why the nipples seem smaller, they aren't the glare is just hiding the outer areola. Also the pixelation is standard throughout the photo (look at the jeans closely) except around the face suggesting a cell phone with facial focus similar to mine.

 

Also Im pretty sure that she did that flashing motion before taking the jacket off and turning around to do the behind topless shot which is official and matches everything. So she would have gone through those motions I imagine when the photographer told her to lose the top a girl like her would act like she was flashing.
