LOL you asked for a comeback but seriously i agree with the guy above ya this thread should be binned, people are always going to have their opinions about celebs they like or dislike, should just make a rule that anyone making negative comments in celeb posts should be banned or suspended, because all it does is wind up certain celeb fanboys and then the threads descend into utter chaos.

I like a good discourse, and I don't mind dissenting views on a celeb who I may or may not like which is why I like to frequent this website. What I don't like are apologists and fanboys who shit on everyone they disagree with and I don't like to see personal insults being hurled about. And I've also noticed that those commenters who complain that other people always have to get in the last word go out of their way to get the last word in on a particular argument themselves.

The internet is a cesspool where fucktards gather to circle jerk and give each other reach-arounds. :soapbox:

 

The very notion of banning someone for expressing an unpopular opinion (within reason) is not a board I want to moderate. I don't ban people for stating an unpopular opinion about me, and there are more than a few members who have done so vociferously, so the idea of banning someone for calling Miley a skank is absurd. If I feel the intent behind someone's comment is meant to troll, I'll address it as such, and even then I don't always get it right. If you don't like someone, that's fine. We feel that people can make their point without resorting to derogatory terms, because such terms aren't necessary, nor are they clever, and certainly not original.

As for the childish behavior of our members who get bent out of shape when their favorite celeb gets slandered, all I can say is grow the fuck up. The Hollywood stars do not need defending on a board they don't know about and likely couldn't care less about.
