Language in Celeb forum

So saying "slut" or "whore" will get me banned regardless of context?

 

Phun is an equal opportunity website and derogatory comments made about male celebrities are going to be censored now as well, right? In 2 minutes I have already read 2-3 derogatory comments about Ashton Kutcher calling him a douchebag etc.. Is that okay, but calling a woman a slut isn't? Why, if so? I'm sincerely curious. Judging by the extremely itchy ban triggerfinger displayed above, I probably shouldnt even bother asking.

1) There are no proscribed words.
2) Context is always a consideration.
3) AHT was not banned solely based on the above exchange.

Again, context. Your example is vague at best, and it barely qualifies as that.

Grow up, dude. I actually didn't care for that Alyson's Tampon person at all. I found the person annoying, combative and often contradictory. I don't confuse people I dislike with people I disagree with though. I can hate and disagree with 99% of what a person says, but if I agree with the %1, I'll admit it.
You really should refrain from making such lame and baseless claims though...Attempting to dismiss my input by accusing me of being a recently banned member is an incredibly weak and lazy tactic. Ironically, I am in this thread because of Alyson's Tampon, but not for the reason you have assumed.
I noticed Alyson's Tampon was banned and was curious what they could have possibly done that rose to the level of being banned. Considering how many times I saw that person being aggressive/combative with other members, I couldn't imagine what actually got them banned.
You should feel kinda a stupid for making the accusation that I'm Alysson's Tampon based on nothing but post count and timing. I've been around longer than that person. Just because I don't post often doesn't mean I'm not a real member. You really seem to be a controlling personality who wants to forum to reflect your personal tastes.

Thanks for not resorting to a condescending response. I'm sure getting a question like mine from a non participating member can be annoying, but I sincerely wanted to know as I feel there is a lot of extraneous focus on what is said about the women. I HAVE been around a while even though I don't actively post. I don't know what administrative capabilities you possess, but I'm sure you can already tell by my ip address that I'm not Alyson's Tampon...

 

Actually, he was kind of joking. Again, context. There is precedent for his observation, though it shouldn't be assumed that everyone knows of it. And while I respect your right to defend your position to gaps, sometimes a simple, What makes you think that? would further your understanding of what someone else is saying, instead of being standoffish.

Post count doesn't mean that much to me. It's the content that counts, whatever form that might be.

Look saytan. Was a joke remark. That being said I'm not sure I've ever encountered someone so vocal after such few posts and cleary you are a regular member of some sort or other. You also have a very similar way of expressing yourself as tampon!

I honestly dont really look around the forums much beyond the threads I like. Two of the threads I visit most often are the Xray and oops threads. I have seen Mr tampon in those threads numerous times, mostly being annoying and combative. I noticed recently there have been some posts here and there by members warning other members to watch their language or else get banned, then I saw Alyson's Tampon was banned. To be honest, this forum was more of a backup forum to me for a long time, but many of the other forums/websites I used to go to have either died or slowly gone a direction I don't care for (lazyG is an example). I must mention that the rule being vague leaves a lot of room for abuse or uneven enforcement. People will only know the line for sure once they cross it because the line is redefined every time a post is made. I'll leave it at that as I'm sure I'm stepping on toes by now.

 

No, you're right. There's been a lot of chat about it lately, the rules are too vague throughout the whole forum. No one knows what they can do, and the line changes from mod to mod.

Firstly, Saying things like "fucking hot bod", "awesome rack/tits, "she is the sex" are things I would use here, and certainly not to my family. (Saying them to me won't hurt my feelings)
These are an expressive way I convey my thanks and appreciation to the poster and their good choice of thread.

Secondly, only thing I agree with AHT on, is the sick frequent usage of like "I am gonna fuck her asshole till she bleeds", or "I am gonna fuck her a new asshole" stuff.....
which is very common now through it being frequently used and let go..... and it is usually about a nice pic of Miley, Victoria Justice or JLH etc.

Thirdly, do we need to hear a lot of guy's fap habits and how often they are going to cum over a girls pics?
