    I really doubt its a fake.

    It does not look photoshopped and I consider myself quite the expert on that subject.
    It is definitely not a lookalike, the tiny bump on her nose and dimp in her chin, her cheeks, the way her makeup is done (quite thick because she has bad skin) her hair, long eyelashes etc etc it all matches Katy.

    ...that is definitely a fake.
    1. there are no other pics available anywhere of her in the same outfit.
    2. she rarely (if ever) would wear clothes like that.
    3. the shoes are low kitten heels...definitely not her style.
    4. as she is looking away from camera, it is one of the easier types of pics to fake.
    5. wiki uses tags to collate pics...so that is no proof whatsoever.
