    The kind of digital trickery to make someone appear naked, where you can see both their breasts and face at the same time, in a fairly lenghty scene involving a moving subject would probably cost millions of dollars and take countless painstaking hours, and even then it probably wouldn't look 100% realistic. Quite alot of effort for a relatively low budget film. It's not just like photoshopping one photo.
