    At this time of year....every year....yes: I am the butt end of every joke. All part of the fun. I just wish the Leaf's lack of success would translate into cheaper tickets. As it stands, I have to get by on the odd work freebies and lucky eBay finds.

    Too expensive to eat food in TO.
    Free work tickets = free beer...bad seats, but full service. Without that, $10 for a hot dog, $15 for a beer.

    Sad.....if you drive to Buffalo, you can get a beer (Blue, lol) and a hot dog for ~$5.

    Yeah, I'm waiting to see what they do with Avalanche ticket prices here. I am sure because they made the playoffs this year (even though they missed the playoffs the 3 years before) that they are going to use this year as an excuse to raise prices :?

    Anyway, I visited Toronto in 2002 so it wasn't so bad. Was before I get operated for my spine. In fact, once I came back, I felt so tired I'd to forfeit for school but the reason was natural.

    They can get away with anything they want in arenas that are always full.....Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver (some years).

    Buffalo, like many other places, has a tiered system (Platinum, Gold, etc)....prices vary depending on the opponent. Platinum (Leafs only lol) tix are expensive, Gold tickets are less so, etc etc. I have watched several Sens games there for $83 a ticket. Ice level, great seats. Food/beer is always cheap there.

    They do that here at Coors Field for the Rockies, but not for any of the other teams in town :(
