Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I understand what you mean and you're right. It's just that some folks take advantage of you and overwork you. Here for example if I work 14 hours straight through the middle of the night I'm still expected to come in on time the next day. Which is shit, I should be able to at least sleep late and come in mid-morning.

    Shit, when i have to put in a lot overtime i will get enough hours to sleep.
    At my previous job i had to work at night one time, i got the day before the night off. I worked about 5 hours and did get time to sleep came in later in the day.

    A few summers ago, the company was so busy that I worked 20 out of 21 days and I had nearly 240 hours in at the end of those 3 weeks
