Just set my alarm for 5 AM.......I am taking my father-in-law to the hospital at 7 AM for yet another medical procedure....poor guy....he will be 90 this November.

Yeah, doctor said to not lifth any heavy weight. I'm 5'10 156lb last I weight, I don't really eat much, so I don't see how much weight I could possibly lose.

I being researching, and trying to stretch as it shows in a few videos, it did help a bit. Many times between then and now I thought I was getting better, and then it would just get worst in some days. This is actually the second time it happen, first time last year happen while I reach down to grab my bottle water, my back locked, and it last for almost a month. This time however happen in my sleep, I guess it happen while I tried to turn around, I usually sleep in my side. For a few nights sleeping in my stomatch was the only way. That is the worse for me though, I usually have a hard time breathing while on my stomatch, plus many say is the worst thing for your back to sleep that way.

The problem with sciatica is that with the exception of surgery, if its warranted, you are pretty much stuck with it. It can rear its ugly at any time.

 

Me too, but that is how things go.

But I think I'm getting better, my back having hurt for over a month, just my leg still need some more time. I might start to take some more Motrin soon, I stops on the day before my birthday, which was April 28th, from that day to now, I didn't have any major problem.

I was at the pool with my niece the other day, and we were splashing around. I notice that once I move both arms and hit the water that is how my leg felt, so my niece then understand what kind of pain I had. is like a shock wave pain.
