Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I had my right shoulder "rebuilt" in surgery 11 years ago. I wasn't allowed to move it for a month afterward. Then I had physical therapy for a half hear to get it back to normal.

    yeah after the surgery I am going to ask to fly back to my hometown there pm. I know I can't do SFA for a month so I want to go home where my Family can help me.

    I was out of work for 4 months with my last heart surgery, then half time for another month.....that was a very rough experience!

    my Sister had her poppy shoulder rebuilt a couple months ago. She was useless for a month too! lol

    so yeah I have to go home

    It is a real bitch when they crack your chest open........took over two years before I could do 50% of what I could before the surgery, related to using my arms. The damn things always seem to attached to the sternum and ribs! :lol:

    I was a young boy when they performed heart surgery on me, so I don't remember how long it took until I was fit for fight again... not that I were fighting.

    My last one I had was 4 weeks before I turned 53. I would imagine a youthful person would recover more quickly......
