Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Yea I lucked out.. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the master has an extra vanity area, 2 walkin closets, living room, dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen, and porch. I'm on the end so my apartment is bigger than the inside apartment. :dance:

    I have a lot of people hired for the jobs, but we're at a stand still with the kitchen. The city, permit issues, and inspection drama is holding everything up. I'm hoping by the end of January my kitchen and new appliances will be settled and then I can start on the bathrooms and painting.

    It is!! I just wish everything could get done asap.

    Yep! Everything was really old and dated so that's what started this whole thing :lol: I've wanted to change it for the 4 years I've lived here, but now that they know I'm here for good they let me re-do it.
