  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Now it is correct, but when I reported these, there were clearly rapidshare links in that post (just look at 'Last edited by'). You don't have to be a genius to know that he took the rapidshare links from somewhere else allowing him to be the first to post at phun and giving him the time to gradually replace the (stolen?) links by his own.

    Furthermore, while it's not a big violation, he's giving a number of his threads obscure/weird/confusing long titles. He's putting these weird titles despite the fact that most of these uploads have screencaps with full titles and/or recognizable watermarks. So, he might be trying to hide his "reposts" with these confusing titles.
