I understand and appreciate the spirit in which you made the earlier post, it was perhaps the way you'd expressed it at the time. As a commercial producer and photographer myself, I simply couldn't overlook the apparent irony of what you'd said.

In my reply I hesitated to say 'honor among thieves' - but since I don't consider what's posted here to Phun.org as thievery (my view is it often helps promote exposure to a producer's work) - the saying wouldn't be entirely accurate.

Granted, some producers take a different/narrower perspective than I - that's their perogative.

Basically my point being - if some of us producers don't consider what's posted to Phun as being stolen...it'd be ironic to label someone who copies and reposts to another forum as a thief.

I appreciate your additional clarification above, though.

Back to the old way of posting, The other way is too much like work. Some photo's will be numbered the rest will be tagged with artist then title.

I haven't been hitting the thanks button because I use that as a sort of bookmark for where I left off collecting other's contributions. Just wanted to put that out there.
