Boys sitting around talking about their feelings would probably be considered chick orientated too. While explosions and car chases and naked tits all could be considered boy orientated...

 

Fairly stereotypical, but often times true. I'm not really a fan of car chases and explosions... but I also sometimes don't enjoy typical "chick flick". Quality is what counts usually to me. I also saw the movie "Rendition" last night(one of those stay at home and chill nights). To me, it was really well acted and done...but so disturbing. Just so totally upsetting to me. I couldn't get it out of my head and that's when I watched the L-word, so I could get to sleep and get something else in my head.

Rendition was great. I couldn't believe it was completely left out of the Oscar race. See you.

 

I didn't follow the Oscars this year, but I'm surprised. It was pretty incredible. So real and so well done it left me struck by it all night. It's one of those I'd recommend, but with the warning it's not a "light/escape" movie.

 

So how did that go? Did she respond like you thought she would?

 

depends on the kind of explosions, maybe?
i bet above mentioned sweet fountains of action are way more thrilling that usual action-movies...

not that i don´t enjoy some of these classic car-race-scenes... Bullit, Blues Brothers, for example.
but in the end "softer" bumper-bumps are much more appreciated. even if they may be not less loud

 

I haven't seen that series you're talking about cause I don't think it's available were I am but that type of movie sounds familiar. I'd highly recommend renting/buying any of the "women seeking women" dvds from girlfriends films. If you ask really nice I might be motivated to rip a preview for you.
