Since you can't release them and can't admit to it truly being real so this is all hypothetical, who would this actress hypothetically be?

Which suggests over time a leak is more and more likely because every person that has a set is a possible source of a leak.

 

I don't think she did, but I seem to recall the data indicating that she was around 16 in some. If Maroney is the gymnast then she did say she was underage.

Some of the leaks a couple of years ago included the little girl from Sia's videos too. I actually ate a ban from another forum just for pointing that out once. These sites are great for drama.

Quite right. This is basically how amateur pictures appear online. The main reason celeb pictures don't (at least as often) is because of their value, but more importantly the risk involved in sharing them. This is particularly dangerous if you're high up on the "sharing ladder" and might be too easy to trace it back to. How you'll eventually move away from that status, I don't exactly know. Merely sharing it with a lot of people doesn't erase what happened at the time of the actual break-in. People are more savvy about security these days, and will likely take screenshots of their account info when something happens (so they'll see the log-in record, the addresses and location, etc.) and they're more likely to seek police assistance. In a big enough criminal case, I doubt having a VPN is enough to hide your true IP address. If you've left your fingerprints at the scene (i.e. your IP address when you hacked into the account, or your e-mail address from the original sharing, or instant messenger record) then you're kinda screwed and probably shouldn't share anything.

A public leak only truly happens after it's shared enough times, and I doubt any new hacks will truly make it out into the open, as it'll just be shared among close friends.
