This reminds me that I recently went from a pricey 200+ dollar pair of Marshall's ( they died ) to a not so pricey ( on sale for 50 dollars ) pair of AKG's. Now I'm no audiophile, but I can't really tell a
difference

 

That is funny i have a pair of marshalls actually. Im not super fond of headphones to be honest. But sometimes i like gameing or listen to music late. So its more for my neighbors sake that i use them.

Overnight news record cold temps in London.
Yesterday was tough, today is tougher.
But the positive side of people being cared for.

Saw the final episode of "The Queen's Gambit".

So good!!! I only wish there was more.

40 years ago today John Lennon was murdered in New York.
He was 40 years old.

John signs a autograph for his killer Mark Chapman just before he left the Dakota building
for his last interview.

His last interview with BBC Radio 1's Andy Pebbles.

Arriving back at the Dakota building after the interview, taken by Paul Goresh, this the last known photo of John Lennon.

Moments later Chapman fatally shot John 4 times in the chest.

He died on arrival at the hospital.


John has been dead now for the same amount of time he was on earth.

I remember exactly where I was, student union watching a
special edition of Monday Night Football and Howard Cosell
starts to say it and it comes across the bottom of the screen.
I just somehow ended up outside in the cold crying my eyes out.

The weirdest thing was there was no anger or thoughts of revenge
with anybody just sadness.
