I've never heard of "Red Alert", but might consider playing it, there again maybe not.

It depends what version of Red Alert you want to play. I only played the early games in the 90s and they may be hell to get to play on new systems. It is at its core very reminiscent of chess. But in chess you make a move and the opponent later makes a move. Here you and the opponent work at the same time. I grew out of it rather quickly, when you learn how things work and what makes the AI tick it gets old quickly. And i was never good enough to play against other humans.

 

I was only interested in it because of Gemma.

I've never played (or been interested) in gaming.

The nearest I got to it was playing Sim City on a PC when I was little.
I have/had flatmates that are really into gaming.

 

Interesting afternoon, went for lunch in one of my favourite places, was just about to eat when we were immediately evacuated because of the discovery of a unexploded WWII bomb.

Part of Soho is still out of bounds while they deal with it.

Its made getting around difficult.
