    21, supposedly. There are a lot of sources identifying these photos as her. It's well-established that she was a model back then, so it's not out of the question regardless.

    I think these absolutely are real. I remember hearing from multiple relatives that she was on a vintage erotic deck of playing cards in the 40s. So I googled it and found out she was the 9 of Hearts....

    I don't know why people find this shocking. It happens now and it happened back in the 30s and 40s. Lot's of models/celebrities did this.

    Sadly, these have been out awhile and there's still no definitive proof that it's really her. When queried on the subject, Ms. White has been very obtuse regarding the legitimacy of the pictures. Which either means she really doesn't know if it is her (I know she's old, but I don't buy that). She thinks it's a joke and doesn't quite know how to respond to the pictures with anything other than levity, or that she doesn't want to admit to doing the photo shoot; which honestly makes more sense than the two former options.

    Yes, sometimes she has denied it. Other times she said she was a young actress trying to get a break in Hollywood. My favorite though, is when she said she was just doing her part for the war effort. So the variety of answers means she is not willing to go on record that it is her, but at the same time, does not want to deny it either. She seems to want to keep everyone guessing.
