Dude, go ahead and post her, don't mind me. I was just stating my personal opinion that I don't find the model attractive. I speak only for myself, many others here probably dig her, and shouldn't be deprived of pics because I'm not a fan.

I have noticed a large interest in this thread and so I will adress this in here. In the upcoming rules to be posted this issue will be adressed again. I do not want this forum to attract the group of members that are into underage or simulated underage models. A few issues that will be adressed are:

1: No more salacious titles implying underage models.

2: If you post content that contains underage material you will be permanently banned no questions asked. I don't care how long you have been a member. In other words you have to know the content you are posting. Ignorance is no excuse!

3: All models posted should have homepage where their age or disclaimer regarding the 2257 laws should be poseted. If it cannot be verified or you are unsure of the models age don't post it!


This forum is US based and has to abide by US laws. I know for some of you living in other countries you do not have as strict a law as in the US. But regardless we must abide by them. There are plenty of content here to enjoy. Lets not ruin a good thing.

The model meets the US's code. The US is giving them the stamp of approval for being over 18+ by putting the USC 2257 bit on there even though she's European. The US(After all this site is from the US) approves the site.

How much more credibility do you need? We the US, have the strictest codes in the world as far as record keeping goes(Try reading all of that shit, I have). If a site is approved by us(And we put the label on the site), then obviously the model is over 18.

Apparently you must have read a ton of crap. You are so wrong dude. The US does not go to these sites and give them a stamp of approval. These sites are own and operated by their owners and they can post whatever disclaimer to 2257 they want. Do you see a seal of approval from the US government? If the US gives them an approval why is every site's 2257 disclaimer different? You actually think our government writes individual approvals for each site? If it is approved by our government like you said why would they show the adress from the custodian of records if the US government has already looked and verified the model's age? Jeezus christ you are so ignorant of the facts. I suggest you read up more about this law and how it works before spewing off your nonsense.

You have to be stupid to lie about the age(s) of your model(s) or make false entries to USC 2257 title 18 when they are not 18+. The webmaster can get punished for lying on that stuff. The site can get shut down. There are rules/guidelines that people have to meet to get the USC 2257 title 18 disclaimer. The disclaimers depend on what kind of material is being shown and the models' ages. There is a disclaimer for underage models. This girl shows explicit photos and is over 18, hence that is why she has the USC 2257 title 18 disclaimer.

The Custodian of records addresses are meant for people like Kellie on here who own/run a site that shows pics/galleries. Kellie has to keep track of where she gets her material from and the models' ages. Also anyone who has questions about a certain model's age can contact the custodian of records. It's just a reference to people, that is all.

Obviously this site meets the requirements and the girl is legal since they put the USC 2257 title 18 bit on there. I think that would considered as our government's stamp of approval about this site. I didn't mean an actual stamp of approval btw. I know we don't put the disclaimer on there, but you catch my drift. This girl is legal by the US's standards.
