  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

That's a lot of absolutes based on a figure that you essentially just made up, using a flawed scale that is no longer in favor with much of the science and health-related fields.

I do work out since over 17 years, I read a ton of books, online articles and studies regarding all topics fitness (training, dieting, conditioning) just because it's my main "hobby", I'm a licensed (B-license) fitness trainer (got the license in 2015) and a big part of that license is focused around nutrition (obviously)...oh and I have a six-pack :D

I'm not posting this to show-off, as if I care what people think online (or if they believe it or not) - but I wanted to show that I KNOW quite a bit about this topic and that's why I'm also a bit "emotional" when reading comments like this and those others.

Your reply saying "using a flawed scale (wut?) that is no longer in favor with (...) science and health fields" is plain and simply wrong - when using it on a person like Ashley Graham. You're right the BMI model is "flawed" when you want to track a very fit person whose muscle to body fat ratio is very high. Such a person would indeed appear "overweight" according to the BMI numbers, even tho the person wouldn't be overweight at all.

BUT AGAIN. This counts only for the other extreme...very fit people. The BMI method is perfectly fine for a a random, untrained person - that Ashley clearly is. I can't make this any clearer and I won't try to convince anybody anymore, but again. Ashley and every other person with a BMI of >30 is OBESE. Period. Good night! :)
