She has now surrendered herself to start her sentence.

 

At the rate they let actual rapists and murderers out of jail for covid overcrowding, she'll be out and on house arrest again in 6 months.

 

Do the feds do that also?

 

I'm shocked she's been giving 3 years, she's evil and will most likely repeat in some way once she's out. Its funny when a dog attacks someone its put down for being dangerous yet this creature whose committed some pretty horrific acts gets to be a free woman in 3 years.

 

I'm not 100% positive, but I think you have to complete 85% of a fed sentence before possible release.

 

I knew that was the standard but was asking about COVID overcrowding releases.

Also the 85% rule did not apply to Lori and Felicity because their sentences were so short.

 

you do know she was in a cult right ? they are all manipulated. Ever heard of jonestown massacre. I rest my case. Its clear she was manipulated just like them. She already said she wants to do better..

Pretty sure murder wasn't one of the charges against her.

 

Just Sex trafficking, Racketteering and Forced labour. Nothing big or anything. She knew that was wrong.
Jim Jones inner circle knew killing people was wrong too, they even tried to run away with the money lol

 

All but 2 racketeering charges were dropped against Allison as part of her plea deal.

She was sentenced to 3 years for each count to be served concurrently.

 

And your solution is to execute every person for every criminal offense?

Personally I don't care what she whittled it down to. Those were the charges, if she didn't do them she wouldn't have taken a deal. Being offered 3 years for ratting out the cult leader is the best she could do.

I honestly don't believe her, having seen so many cults and the people in them [I live near two active cults]. Besides, Kristen Kreuk was in the cult, she left and nobody ever had to file criminal charges against her. Often it's your actions, not what you're ordered to do.
