Perhaps I'm confusing the point.

If people want to see girls under the age of 18 there are legitimate websites that carry pictures of teen models and actresses that are not in any way related to "nude" sites and are therefore allowed to carry on as advertised.

I assume the issue here is that there is nudity on this website, and so as not to create a fuss with the lawmakers it would be easier to make 18 the minimum age limit.

My point is that in the celebrity section there is not that much nudity (Phun is more like celebutopia, but far from other more graphic websites that are well known and have some celebrities under the age of 18 ) so I wouldn't think it should be so imperative here. But this is a nude website overall, so ultimately it will depend on what pressure you get from the internet morality police and what directives you get from the website owner.

It works. Why "fix" it?

 

Because, as Cy! said in the first post, it will ease the burden on the admins and mods. If you have been an admin or mod on a board then I'm sure you will understand what things are like behind the scenes.

 

Unfortunately some of the mods care more for new members, not losing content and making money then making their jobs easier.
