  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

Why does a post get deleted ? new to posting

    I made my first two posts yesterday and one of them was deleted just curious why that would happen and what I might have done wrong ?

    Want to share more but need to know why things get deleted first ?

    Make sure you have read all the forums rules on each section. One of your posts may have fallen into a catagory that calls for it to be removed. Your best to PM a forum mod and ask why then posting in general.

    One thread was lacking in screencaps, the other was asking for links to other forums. Both are outside the rules, and were trashed for those reasons.

    I've been wondering something simmilar. I noticed threads randomly get locked. I imagined it was because for some reason pics stop working in the thread.

    We don't lock threads randomly. Sometimes it may be that it's a repost, but the comments might justify it not being trashed. Or if it's an old thread that gets bumped up, it gets locked.
