Tonight I was watching a youtube video by Tiona Fernan where she honestly discusses her attempt at creating an OnlyFans account, and her reaction to the process.

It's kinda crazy, and kind of naïve. And very telling.

I'm forever the lone wolf, but for me basically...

I feel people should not be millionaires for waking up taking one blurry and heavily filtered bikini or cleavage in a tit shirt pic a day. People used to do that stuff and way more for free and those were good people. Fun people. Amateurs. That used to mean something exciting.

Now they turned themselves into dime a dozen mainstream garbage all doing the same poses, same workout squats, with the same surgically altered lips and overfilled faces. Over and over again, all drones that want nothing more than to be in your wallet and/or have you click the like button to get their clout much like dogs begging for a treat by sitting or barking on command.

So although you are talking about one thing, I feel the same towards the people dancing on TikTok, same for people and/or their pets that became memes, same for people that unbox crap or rate old songs on youtube, same thing for people reposting pictures or videos taken by someone else on sites that pay for views, etc.

None of these are jobs that should sustain you to be able to buy Ferraris and take expensive luxury vacations that cost as much as most people's houses. Everything is meaningless cheap crap. Nothing is special anymore.

For someone that has worked very hard my entire life, knowing this stuff is going to this degree is beyond depressing. All my accomplishments that I worked so hard for all are for naught when people can just have the free life for nothing. It's hard to be happy even when you try not to think about it since it's everywhere and even if you are not on it, the media rubs it in your face anyway.

I know I'm alone on this so as you were. :goodbye:

People think it's much easier than it really is, so they get resentful. Nothing new there. Creatives have long been accused of getting money for nothing by people who do custom kitchen delivery for a living.

To me there is a long and varied list of why people dislike them, but first I think its like most fan based things you are going to have one group that lets say Love Bella Thorne for example, then another side that hates her just as much. Some of the reasons I can come up with for dislike are : apparent ease of making money, Fakeness, shallow, and one of the main one Jealously. Most people I think would love to make millions doing what they do and resent that they are not capable of it for various reasons.

I didn't totally get to the point so you guys are missing it.

Money never needed to be added to the equation.

Trampy women were getting naked on the internet long before social media, then they were more then content to give actual naked pictures for no more than reaching follower goals on twitter.

Women are programmed to want men to want them. The phone going off with their follower & like counts actually become an addiction that affect the dopamine levels on their brain so they need that reward and self validation and were already doing it over and over and over anyway.

Then since I'm an old fart and I watched the progression over the last 15 years, it got ruined and turned into ripoff scam artistry a la Bella Throne. Who flat out says she will never give nudes, and does lame ass tease crap, but people keep paying because
    1. they figure since her mom and sister are giving the actual goods that she will just have to one of these times and
    2. like the guys on the Maitland Ward patreon whom I watched chit chat which was beyond hysterical, you guys actually believe these people care about you cause you are giving them cash and sometimes having "chats". Well at the end of the day, if Maitland ever goes missing, I know the German dude's basement you should be checking. And the girls doing this who have boyfriends often have their boyfriends handle the account. So in those cases you are talking to dudes.

I'm jumping too far ahead. We didn't get to Bella Thorne in a day. First it started with the no name instagram "photographers" paying the no name instagram "models" to go on the expensive getaways to take "pictures". This part made sense and those rich guys who merely had a camera were pretty genius to do it, but at the end of the day Model Mayhem was nothing more than a dating site for the rich.

The girls really didn't get anything for it besides the vacation you know damn well they had to put out for. Hence the genius.

Then everything took a curve when the evil corporations started jumping in. Paying people to wear their clothes, or like Sara Underwood hold creatine or whatever weightlifters use that you know she's not using. Well that took anything genuine out of the "content". It's no longer for fun and attention, but now they have a way to be lazy degenerates by doing nothing other than waking up in the morning having a lot of people that jerk off to them.

That's the bull crap. The only thing instagram influencers influence are dudes jerking off and the only people buying the products are other wanna be lazy degenerates that think if they do the same thing they don't need to learn math or science since they will never have to work a day in their life.

And I'm sorry, but no one will ever convince me these people are "content creators" and or "creative". They are mindless drones I don't even consider to be human since they went and turned themselves into commercials and products.

Any rando "model" wearing any rando workout clothes and/or in her "living my best life" bikini and/or doing 5 squats for a 6 second instagram vid interspersed with her bounce my bikini tits while saying something dumb and uneducated with the nails on chalkboard voice most of you mute out is not in the slightest creative or inventive.

All the corporations did was cut out the need for the photographer since they can now do it themselves for even less effort and not have to suck that dick as much of the time! WooHoo!

The moral of the story is that girls were trampy on the internet long before they were getting paid for it and would have continued to do so had money not been entered into the equation. You all essentially ripped yourselves off and you do not have a better product for it the way you think you do.

I named other non-model examples of things I feel the same way over before, and here's another. This is also equivalent to all the people that want to be rich on the internet so they start a blog. Well your blogs need topics so you got to keep writing. Well they have sites that sell tips which is why you see thousands and thousands of the same articles being written all of which do not actually provide any new or relevant information. But you click that link that is half a sentence that makes you believe something interesting happened, but it only leads you to some rando spammy pop up riddened web page that tells you nothing new and usually reverts back to some historical facts that were the reason you liked the topic at all. This isn't quite the same as "Fake News" but this clickbait garbage is "No News" and it floods the internet like litter piled up on a city street. It's just awful and it didn't have to be that way.

The most disheartening part of everything is that no one understands the monsters they created, everyone has that "so what" attitude. I know most of us come to the internet for an escape and that may be yours, but I know in my heart we would had a better products had all these various outlets didn't turn into shitty sell outs.

I think you're kind of missing the point. Women's sexuality has been exploited for thousands of years prior to the 20st Century, generally to their detriment, and often to a much greater cost. Even to this day, commercial pornography has not been beneficial to female performers despite the fact they are usually paid more than their male counterparts. With a few exceptions, production still remains squarely in the hands of male producers who don't respect boundaries and have no problem treating female performers like disposable napkins. Many popular female performers are part of this cabal of exploitation. It all has to do with dollars $$$.
Money drives every industry. And like any industry, porn had its Golden Era. Porn has been an industry for a thousand years, but the 1970s and 1980s gave it legitimate commercial success. Playboy and Penthouse magazines were producing nude models who could crossover into pop culture success. Playmate Barbie Benton had a starring roll on the Love Boat, one of the most popular TV series of the 1970s, simply because she was Hugh Hefner's girlfriend at the time.

Hugh Hefner, possibly the most influential publisher in American history, was often decried as a pornographer and degenerate.

The internet, for all of its faults, has given everyone the opportunity to self-exploit. For someone who grew up in the 1960s singing "Love, love me do, I know I love you..." and not giving a second thought to see if I could find a clearer version on another youtube channel....

Let 'em make their dollars babe. At least those chicks are in control of their own bodies. And ain't that what equality is all about?

No, no, no, just no. Please don't bring feminism into this. This is not what that fight was about. You sound like Emily Ratakowski talking about feminism while pouring spaghetti on her tits for Love Magazine. Lord no, that's what bimbos say to themselves to make them feel better for being part of that "oldest profession", albeit an extremely half assed and minimal effort version of it, while wanting that "sugar baby" or "Influencer" or "model" type title so they can pretend they are better than that.

And for the record the guys running the sites are exploiting the women for themselves, the women are just getting enough money to overlook that because they are in "control".

Never fear, I have no power and am not an activist. I just think everyone paying for this stuff is a moron since they never had to and would have had all the same tit & ass show without it.

You should be mad people like Bella Thorne are trying to turn Only Fans into a paid Instagram. Why do we need a platform to pay for content you were already getting for free for years?

    The answer is we don't.

So please remember this thread was asking why anyone would hate this. So I answered you. I don't expect you to agree with me, I started with that. I'm forever alone in life. Please do not expect me to agree with you. No one deserves millions of dollars for just existing. Pretty or not.

Not everyone is rich, you could take that money and spend it on yourself, or if you are rich you could feed the homeless or something. Support your local animal shelter or library. Anything would be a more worthwhile cause. Many of those people were already trust fund brats in the first place. Millennials living at home off of daddy's dollar. Yuck.

No, I asked why instagram models generate so much hate. Not why you hate instagram models, or the paradigm. Or the marketing diagram. Or pretty women in particular. That's all on you babe.

I guess its because both sides think the numbers have a meaning itselves. as bigger equals better and dont always aplies, just sometimes.

the "haters" think those girls doesnt desserve that amount of attention or recorgnition as actually are doing nothing more than just show themselves, settling the wrong example of a role model, without any talent, any self improvement as some even dont workout.
    :lmao:

the "models" thinks deserve some status as had some recognition. more followers, more likes, more famous
and isnt be that way at all.
at the end of the day there's a real world out there and hardly those girls traslate her popularity into something meaningful.

but all this scenario changed as pandemic goes and the "real" celebrities have to turned out into insta girls and even futher as some open her OF
presenting some interesting perspective more horizontal or democratic
    :fingersx:
