Personally, I had to go with Rose. I still really dislike plastic tits.

Although if it's not just tits, but the full hotness factor, Alyssa leaves the others so far behind it's not even a race.

Can't speak for the present, but Rose McGowan had real boobs while she made those movies and appeared on Charmed. Thanks for the pics, btw.

 

I liked Rose a ton when she was in movies but for some reason she was a distant second fiddle to Alyssa while on the show. However, even in those great days (Going all the Way) it would have been a tough battle for 90s movie-era Alyssa vs 90s movie-era Rose.

But as displayed on the show, nobody can even get close to Alyssa. Those clothes, frequent pokies, it was all top notch. Sure they're robo, but well chosen robo and used to excellent effect.
