  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Mods / Admins is there a standard way to issue warnings of infractions? I would have thought it was via email or PM, but is via visitor message a valid method?

    Actually, when you're given an actual infraction you will receive a PM, it's part of the system.

    What's the problem, Buzz? On 24 June I responded to a report that your sig was too big, and entered your profile to have a look. The report was correct, so I left you a visitor message asking you to get it sorted. My red username would tell you it was "official".

    Two or three weeks later a similar report showed that you'd ignored my request regarding your sig, so I then gave you an infraction. Nothing strange or irregular about that!

    If you were unhappy or confused about it, you could have approached me!
