  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

Viewing pics through Imagevenue

    Whenever there's a link to any picture hosted on imagevenue, it never ever downloads and I'm left with the little red 'x' symbol. I can view images fine in the thread, but when I click on them to view them full size, it invariably fails. Any suggestions on what I could do?

    if you are using norton personal firewall thats the reason!!
    turn it off or delete it like i did!!!
    use the search option to find more about that prob!

    Problem solved....

    I was using ZoneAlarm as a firewall and blocking private header information in my cookies set-up. I now allow private header information and can view every pic.

    Thanks for the help though!

    yeah after using norton i installed zonealarm...and i had the same probs until i disabled blocking private header information!!!
