    Hi,

I've got this rather nice High Def video file with a .ts extension which I am looking to share. The file play's superb in VLC but Image Grabber 2 does not recognise it and so I am having trouble producing a cover sheet & caps :( The only way I can get screencaps is using vlc screencap button.

Is it ok to just post these caps along with a description ?

You should probably convert the file to something a little more ....... widely used. Convert your file to .avi or .wmv then try the screen caps. Not alot of members are gonna want to download a file that they are unlikely to be able to watch anyway. Make it a bit more member friendly.

    Thank's BR,

I would love to make it as member freindly as possible after all that's one of the things we are all here for.

As I mentioned it plays great with VLC player. I've got a Mpeg version, which will play in WMP although with some slight skips and is a larger file. Imagegrabber recognises that file but locks up when I try to cap it ? Maybe the resolution ( 1920x1088 ) is too high for it.... not sure.

Never converted a file b4 & like everything new is a little daunting, (eg what software, how to use it ?'s etc...).

    lol

It's not that big a file only 380 MB & looks fantastic in HD so I dont want to reduce resolution.

That Nero's a bit expensive is it worth it ?
