  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

Trouble with GIF Searches

    Hey,
    I really like the GIFS posted all over these board and have begun to contribute a few as well but they seem scrambled all over ... thats fine but when I go to Seach>GIFS it always only brings up the latest 10 GIF Threads - then when I go back through all the threads (because I want to see some of the older good ones) I have to do it manually (ie click next page, click next page, click next page)

    When I do I find ALLLLLOT more (no pun intended) - so how can you view them (or most of them) with one (or something close to that) to search phun "GIFS"?

    You're better off searching on the actual name of the person the GIF is made on. But alternatively, check out the IF request thread, as Mastermind puts links to his threads created in there.

    Also, do an advanced search on threads created by user and put in the names of the gif creators. Ones that come to mind are Mastermind, Vados, Alias_14 (orsomething like that, sorry man, love your work!) and frantic. There are others but it's early and I can't think straight.

    There, you'll find threadfs created just by them, and the majority will be gif threads.
