  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    When one is in the middle of a page and the 'THANKS' button is clicked, the page re-loads and you lose your place. This is a pain in the arse.

    This happens so often - I sometimes don't bother unless its exceptional, or only the the last page entry to remind me where I'm upto.

    I think posters are therefore missing expressions of gratitude through this glitch.
    This doesn't happen on other forums, so its the coding.

    Any chance the code can be tweaked to make more friendly?

    Appreciated.

    I seem to remember that the last time this issue was raised, someone suggested simply clearing out one's cookies and browser history - perhaps also logging off and logging back in again?
