  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

What makes a post "sticky?" I ask also because I've noticed Cayne state that a post is no longer sticky and I don't know why it was in the first place or why it ceased to be.
May be a naive question, but please bear in mind that this is my first forum. I had to look up "LMFAO" the other evening to find out what the hell that meant.

a "sticky" is a forum post (aka a thread) that has been "stuck" to the top of the forum... meaning that no matter how many new threads you start, it will always be the top post

when cayne is posting that something is no longer a sticky - that means that he has taken it down from being "stuck" at the top of the forum

Yeah, if I see a really cool thread, I mark it as a "sticky" thread, which increase the chance that everybody sees it - and after a while I mark it again as a "normal" thread.
