  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    you can now choose either the mid size preview or full size Image when you upload. just check flag images for full page preview on upload form.

    Example:

    [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]

    works with basic zip and flash uploader we are working on the drag and drop

    we are actually gonna enhance this feature given control to the registered user so that can pick how they want to see them. hopefully it will be done tonight.


    hmm didnt know you had this problem Tai, that usally means the images dosnt have the correct extension. we cross check files making sure they have the correct extension so no.one can upload a malicious file like so
    image.php.jpg this is actually a php program hiding under a jpg extension.

    so if you upload a a image.jpg and it is really a image.tiff or image.bmp we will catch it and dump it

    we are working on a different means to protect against this, hopefully within a week

    I'm sure using the most recent version of IIIU,2.3.6.

    I tried it again today and still have the red x problem.

    It was one of the big benefits that sharenxs works with IIIU....maybe i've to check my java settings,if i'm the only one with that problem,but it works perfectly with all other hosts supported by IIU.
